I cannot say enough about this product!! I am a very overweight person with a few chronic health problems and I heard all the wonderful things about MSM online and decided to take the plunge and order some. My heartburn stopped completely, my skin looks healthier, my energy levels are so high I don't even want to go to bed at night, and my joints, especially my knees, ache way less. In fact, if I skip a morning taking it, I immeditely notice. I found the key for me was to start with a smaller dose than recommended. I also found that their recommendation for filtered water is incredibly important.
If I don't use it, I notice that my energy is down because the supplement isn't working as well. I mix it with about two ounces of cranberry juice in a double shot glass because that masks the flavor pretty well the one downside to the supplement is that it tastes disgusting, but I guess that's the payoff and I drink that and then chase it with another six ounces of water. I also found that if it makes my stomach queesy, eating some breakfast immediately afterwards quells the feeling.

The symptoms I experienced were most likely acute mercury poisoning, triggered by the MSM. The MSM does not contain any mercury itself, the mercury was already in my body. But for someone with too much accumulated mercury, MSM can create a retoxicification, which is basically experiencing mercury poisoning all over again.
