Jeani, I am not sure about the pea hull fiber. Cooking broccoli in water theoretically would be the best method to decrease the fructan content. From what I have read, red kidney beans are the highest. We live in NH. Seems to be well-tolerated.
Plus I heard that 80 HCA wasn't actually legal or possible (I'm not an attorney or a doctorscientist, so don't quote me on that - just passing along what I heard) The best so far for actual weight loss for me plus no nausea has been Pure GCE (I ordered mine through the site 'bestgarciniacambogiapills' dot com. Again, if you don't mind the jitters and all that jazz, it may be worth your time to check out the LipoVida brand. Otherwise, Pure GCE gets my vote.
